I love making videos of my outdoor adventures - hiking, diving, caving, hunting, and so on - and I recently discovered the Polaroid Cube action camera (http://amzn.to/1IT3f5Y). This little device records 1080p (HD) video, has superb battery life, and sells at a fraction of the cost of most action cams ($99 on Amazon). I recorded a video / audio test with it mounted on my bow today (I used a velcro strap to attach it to my stabilizer), and I think it works well enough to record some of my hunts in the future - take a look here:
I have often considered one of those type cameras I go fishing about twice a week always. I hardly ever remember to bring a camera and I cant hold a camera while bringing a cat fish n with a hand line or video fly rod action. I may get one now that they are getting affordable. i sure enjoy watching that type of video on you tube.
