    I would go to a website where you can make complaints and tell people about scammers. If you get it out there of forums and stuff it is bound to get around.

    Ahoy fellow outdoors men! I am a sailing enthusiast who loves the water. I used to teach sailing to military personnel. Probably the best job I ever had! I was off the water for many years due to the demands on my time. However, I am now returning to my first love, sailing.
