I the final gunfight in Open Range with Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall is still my personal favorite. There's a certain grit, physically, and sound to that scene. It always comes to mind when I think of great movie gunfights. That said, the Indiana Jones scene is clearly very memorable.
No gun fights are the best even in the movies. When I was a kid I thought the original "Gunfight at the OK Corral" was really neat.
