Boil a large pot of water. Then take a couple of eggs and put them in a zippered freezer bag. Seal it and squish it up until it is scrambled. Then throw in anything else you want, peppers, onions, ham, cheese, jalapenos, bacon, anything you can think of. Squish it up again and put it in the pot. Make sure you keep them away from the sides of the pot and a couple of minutes more, it's done! Omelets in a bag. Pour on a plate and enjoy!

Ummmm, that sounds wonderful! Add a few biscuits and I could go for that. That sounds like a no mess meal too. I like those kinds! I hate to clean up dirty dishes when I'm out to have fun!

I have heard of this before. I have been wanting to try it but forget when I get out in the woods. I may have to do it at home and experiment with it before I take it to the woods.

Sounds like a good thing to do at home too! I hate to do dishes too and this would help bunches. Mmmmm, wouldn't a good Western Omelet taste good right now with tons of cheese and veggies? I gotta go try this out-you've made me hungry-I haven't had breakfast yet!
