For the last few weeks we ahve been really enjoy the sweet smell of our citrus blossums. They have mostly all dropped replaced with baby fruit. Now the star scent of my morning coffee is the Ligustrums. We have a couple large ones in opposite corners and their perfume can be enjoyed from almost anywhere in our yard. Waht are yall smelling out side now?? Inquiring Cappy's wanna know??:beer3:

Lately. Sawdust, drywall, joint compound, paint, screws, and still some left over cut grass, fresh cut trees and smoke from burning the brush. Ok, so it is not all outside but the windows are open.

Sagebrush with the faint scent of lilac, hyacinth, and pine.

Jason those are the smells of progress and are very nice late in the afternoon with a cold beer where a guy can sit back with a nice feeling of accomplishment.
Sounds nice ppine, folks just don't realize how powerful the sense of smell is and what a strong memory trigger it can be.

Tonight, I'm smelling juniper smoke from a campfire in mesa verde NP. We just came from the Cedar Mesa area in So. Utah where we did a jaunt in the Grand Gulch
