While people are rubbing sticks together, or bending over and blowing on a little spark in the hopes to ignite a few leaves or twigs, or even smacking a piece on steel on a chunk of flint, I just pour a little kerosene on a stack of wood, strike a little match, and poof instant fire[emoji91]. Give it a couple of minutes to burn the old dinosaur [emoji3073] smell off, and you have instant heat. In my family that is traditional. Why I remember Dad wetting an old rag or news paper with it and then pitching it in the wood stove. Yep family tradition, but don't do it if there's already a blaze going or you'll end up like Dad's brother, Uncle Scarface. Ha just a little fun. I did use kerosene on my last camping trip, and I like it.IMG_20210523_150504945~2.jpg
