Supposed to be colder tonight, maybe a couple of degrees. Got up this morning to foggy conditionsIMG_20211104_070145450~2.jpg had oat meal and fried cinnamon raisin bread and coffeeIMG_20211104_072017844~2.jpg hit the water in search of small mouth bass. I prefer crappie, but my brother loves bass fishing.IMG_20211104_081510528~2.jpgIMG_20211104_081506228~2.jpgIMG_20211104_085510604~2.jpg the fog burned off about 11am. Came back to camp at 2 pm. Bright sunny day. IMG_20211104_141512719~2.jpg I peeled out my insulated bibs, and we took off again after loading up on coffee and mixed nuts. Just as the sun dipped to the horizon,bi was back in my bibs. I could feel the temperature plummeting.IMG_20211104_174938163~2.jpgIMG_20211104_181812280~2.jpgIMG_20211104_181826395~2.jpg A hot dinner of bacon and eggs with hash browns, and a nice fire, then it was hitting the sack while listening to the coyotes singing in the mountains. Good nightIMG_20211104_182326015~2.jpg

Thank you. I try to be descriptive.

Today was more the same foggy in the morning, but it burned off earlier. Windy cold last night.IMG_20211105_074016138~2.jpg coffee and oatmealIMG_20211105_071417690~2.jpg It was a clear sunny day. Maybe mid 50s high. Cold in the shady areas.IMG_20211105_115410123~2.jpg When the sun started to dip in the afternoon, the temperature dropped quickly.IMG_20211105_165855327~2.jpg Back at camp cooking steaks.IMG_20211105_183401327~2.jpg Pretty sure we heard a Bobcat, yeowling, on the bank closest to the island we are on. It wasn't something we expected to hear, so it took us a minute to ponder on what we heard.
We did see an otter. I like otters.

IMG_20211105_194803905~2.jpg nice fire to finish the evening before bed. I wish I could get a good picture of the stars. They are very brilliant. Not a lot of light pollution here.

Good night.
