Pineapple Upside Down Cake

pineapple upside down cake
1 clean tuna fish can
1 slice each sliced pineapple ring
enough yellow cake mix
foil
Have each girl put a slice of pineapple in a clean empty tuna fish or similar can.
mix up a yellow cake mix per instructions and put enough in each tuna can to reach 3/4 full. Wrap the can in foil and put in coals for 15-20 minutes or until done. Bake time will vary with type wood and amount of coals. Top with cool whip or other whipped cream.

That looks very nice and its one I will have to snag for later. Never even thought about the idea of the canning either, nice trick!
