Up Nawth here we put garlic and hot peppers in the olive oil and let it age. Best cooking oil ever.

I was wondering man, do you heat it up and can it or just pour the oil in and park it in the fridge we are wondering what would be best. So far ours is just fine sitting in the fridge. We fried a couple steaks in it and it was very good! We may definitely add some peppers next time stead of that rose mary sounds great.

We don't refrigerate it. We just keep it in a cool place. Of course our climate is a bit different than yours.

Our fridge is the cool place. Hot every where else!
