9x12. Not to many reviews on this tent online. We need room for two cots and storage. Will be used exclusively in improved camp sites (state parks and such). What are your thoughts?
I'm not familiar with that tent but looking at the picture; high straight sidewalls are great for the cots, lots of ground level tie downs, the fly will help a lot to reduce condensation, big windows for ventilation are all great positives. The only negative I can see is the lack of being able to tie down from higher up. In a heavy wind, you need the triangulation from higher tie downs to ground for maximum security. But you may be able to attach some ties for that. All in all, it looks like a good tent.
Bought this tent and very pleased with this one. High quality and should last many years! Went up in only 15min. Highly suggest this tent for those that do a lot of car camping and want to do a little Glamping!!! Plenty of room for 2 cots with room for a table and chairs too. Heavy duty rubberized coated canvas floor and roof, canvas walls that are coated on the inside, large low windows for max ventilation, silver reflective rubber coated rainfly is also included. I'm 6' and can barely touch the top of the roof in the middle, 4 foot walls allow room for cot to be put close to wall for better use of space. Would not recommend for high wind areas but can be anchored with extra ropes and stakes at support poles.
