I would have to say kayaking followed closely by hiking and backpacking. I kayak more than anything else because it's so easy to throw my boat in a local lake after work in the summer; backpacking takes a little more preparation and sometimes vacation time from work. I really enjoy horseback riding as well and would love to own a horse someday.
