Dripping Springs State Park

Dripping Springs State Park is one of the best parks to visit in the state of Oklahoma, as it combines a number of fun outdoor activities to provide a getaway destination that many people will grow to know and love. Some people even choose to fish right off of the dock itself, deciding not to bother with a boat; this is a good way to go fishing if you have children who are just getting into the sport.

Boating is also fun, for those who want to get out on the lake and experience the feeling of moving on the water, but who do not care about fishing. Many people take small sailboats and run them before the wind, or tow tubes behind their powerboats that can provide an exhilarating ride for those on board. The lake is not huge, but it is large enough for these activities, and can provide for a lot of fun in the hot summer months, when you may need to get in the lake just to cool off, no matter what you decide to do once you are there.
