Alaska's Katmai National Park camping

As the documentary "Grizzly Man" and became famous. A good place for bad weather and lots of bears. Some of them are habituated to humans which makes them dangerous. It is a NP so firearms are not allowed. I would probably not camp there on purpose.

I hope we can all agree that Treadwell was a kook that died in the way most predicted. I have worked in Alaska and the bears are something that have to taken seriously.
