Bow Hunting... Small or Big Game?

A friend of mine has convinced me that I need to go bow hunting with him. He has been doing it for a number of years now and has caught both big and small game. It seems to me, that for obvious reasons, it would be easier to hunt for big game over small ones.

What type of animal do you prefer to hunt for using a bow and arrow?

I used to be pretty deadly on them little gray ground squirrels about 60 years ago. Family wants me to take up serious bow hunting. If so, targets will be deer and elk. But I don't figure to be quite so deadly on those. Family just wants me out of the house more often.
