Great idea. A Dutch Oven make a good wok.
I really like to cook with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and sometimes fish sauce.
Then choose some meat and whatever vegetables you have on hand. Add rice and a salad. Yum.

=====> It went over better than expected. I hid all the packaging and had a towel draped over my arm as I served my comrade. He, in turn, served up a mean chicken shish kabob with pineapple at a later meal. [He probably got the pineapple from the campfire cake I didn't use.

For camping, I like fresh ingredients instead of canned. Less packaging and better results.
There is a lot of Chinese-American stuff out there like chow mein, egg foo yung, crunchy noodles, fortune cookies. Best to ignore that stuff and focus on good vegetables, a small amount of meat and really good seasoning. Use a hot pan and cook everything quickly.
