Do You Prefer Sleeping Bags Or Blankets?

What do you think? On one hand if it's chilly out, sleeping bags will keep you warm because you can't kick off the bag. Plus, it usually keeps out most critters if you zip it up. Blankets on the other hand are handy for a lot of other things other than just to cover up with but then so are sleeping bags. So which do you prefer? Sleeping bag or blanket?

I'm definitely a sleeping bag girl, especially since I've had too many poor experiences with having to share my blanket with blanket hogs! It's nice to have a blanket to wrap around you at the campfire, but I just unzip my sleeping bag for that now.

Both. I unzip the sleeping bag, lay on that and have my comforter on top.

Mostly use a sleeping bag. Keeps me warm in the winter, and if too hot in summer just unzip and sleep on it. I don't use the mummy bags, just old fashion sleeping bag.

Yeah, mummy bags aren't for me either. I prefer the regular old square zipper bags.

I tuck my pillow into the hood of my mummy bag and use it to keep my pillow from running away at night.

When it's warmer, I bring a cheap fleece bag. If it's too warm, I unzip it and just lay on top of it.
