I've never been but I want to. Are there any courses (like safety or just instructional) for a newbie? I want to take something in the winter so I'm ready next summer to give it a go!
I don't know about classes but you can learn by just getting out there and going slow. I bet there are boating classes you can take. I don't think there is anything in the winter though.
