Big Buck Hunter Pro for Wii

I am thinking of getting the Big Buck Hunter video game for my kids for Xmas. The youngest is 8 and the oldest is 11. Both boys. This game is for their Wii. I've seen this game in bars but haven't ever played it myself. Is it appropriate for two young boys? I'm hoping it's not too gory since I want them to start developing a passion for hunting just like their old dad, but don't want them to think hunting is one giant slaughter fest.

I saw this game online too and thought the same! Take your kids to a bar, hang out for a while, and play the game! (Actually, probably DON'T do that!).
