Cost to permanently park a trailer

My mother has a trailer she kept on her property. She is moving in to a retirement community and can not park it there. She wants to keep it so we were thinking of putting in a permanent camping spot. What does that generally cost?

Probably a few hundred bucks a month depending on what utilities you want with the space. I have nothing to base that on other than a uneducated guess.
A dry site will be cheaper than h2o, sewer, electric included spot.
Perhaps a storage unit would be more what you are seeking, they generally charge by the foot.
