What's Your Favorite Game To Eat?

I have to go with rabbit and squirrel. I know neither have much meat on them but I really love the taste. I also like quail occasionally but they are hard to find and it takes a bunch to make a meal. I love to hunt them though.

I'm not too much of a venison guy myself. They have too much tallow in their bodies for me. I have had several friends to cook it for me and they have done their best but I have always been able to tell if it was venison or beef. I love buffalo on the other hand and will eat it anytime I can.

I have only eaten buffalo and venison. I have eaten frog legs if that counts. I think I prefer buffalo though out of the two.

I'm not much for wild game, I don't like the taste really. I did however eat buffalo sausage and it was good as well as moose and caribou which I didn't really mind.

I have a buddy that if it breathes, he will eat it, rats, mice, birds, anything really.
