They're awesome. I don't know what you can call it... neck gaitors, buffs, idk. But it's really nice to have so that way if a jacket's not enough and you don't want to wear a scarf with it dangling down, I would go with the neck gaitors 'cause it is pretty comfortable and warm :)

I live in Vegas too! :) If I could I would live up at mt. charleston!! It's beautiful up there, and when do we ever get to see snow where we live right? I will definitely look in to the resort! And that'd be really funny if we met up there coincidentally hahah :D Thank you!!

Thanks for all of the information, you are Very helpful!! :) I was looking at the REI website and they offer free classes ever week on different things and they have one for learning how to use the GPS. Seems pretty cool, and it's free, so what the heck, why not give it a try, right?

I finally got the flashlight that i've been looking at for quite some time now!! It's huge!! the fenix ld40, compared to my ld20 r4, oh yeah, big size difference! I do have small hands though. started collecting flashlights ever since I went into a cave with maglites. Never going to buy those again!
