I'm Cajun and had one of those crazy uncles like the unintelligible man from "The Water Boy" who ate everything. If opossum and raccoon gumbo or "squirrel that got cooked by a transformer coil" (tasted like pennies) didn't kill me, I guess I'll eat anything.

I'll eat almost anything but Jackrabbit or ground squirrel

In a survival situation everything is fair game but the dog. In regular situations I am not fond of snakes, and I would prefer to leave most birds other than doves, quails and chickens alone. I have never even considered trying to eat skunk before, you can have that one.
