Every single one of us has a devil inside, a sick macabre notion of a thrill that can't be found elsewhere. It's rather like the old Roman Circus. If it is being presented as entertainment it is somehow palatable. You are removed from the action that causes the damage. "It's not my fault. I had nothing to do with it." Fifty thousand spectators go to an automibile race hoping to see a major crash. Watch a football game and the people in the stands want blood. They want to see hits. They want helmets to fly off like heads.
It's a lot different when it is up close and personal and much more sickening than anything you can imagine. Been there, done that. Don't ever want to do it again. But I would in the blink of an eye for the right reason.
