I do the same for my cat. I leave a big bowl of food and water and usually a friend stops by every day or two to play with him for a little bit, make sure he didn't tip the bowls over or something else. I also leave the radio on so he has noise and the lights are on a timer so strangers don't realize no one is home.

i have a cat and i am worried because when she always give birth she ending kill her kitty..i dont know what to do..

Hi...
I have actually seen this too...a cat actually eating the little ones immediately after birth. I have no idea as to the reason for it. The cat certainly didn't want for food previously to birth.
Puzzling, now that I think back on it.

I've seen dogs and rabbits do this too.I figure there has to be a reason but I will never know what the reason is unless I figure out how to talk to thewm about it.
