Here are some recipes I like to use for carbo-loading for cycling.
1 Box rotini pasta
1 can black olives
1 jar green olives
1 can Salmon
Italian dressing
Boil pasta until ready, drain, and mix all ingredients in a bowl and chlll.
1 Box linguine
1 cup butter
3 cans clams
garlic powder
parsley flakes
Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic and parley and saute. Drain liquid from clams and add to saute pan and heat till warm. Boil the linguine and drain off. Put linguine in a bowl pour the saute mix over it and stir
