First Saturday of the Year BBQ

Its our tradition to fire up the pit the first Saturday of every year and BBQ. This year it was very windy and rainy so I decided to throw a roast on a smoke so I didnt hafta watch it too close here is the mouth watering results:

Looks good. About the only grilling/bbq I got to do so far was some chicken legs. Really hoping for some chili this weekend but might be working. Keep up the good work.

Smokers, bbq grills and dutch oven stoves are put away for the winter here. Stove top (legless) iron pots have to suffice. So Cappy, looks like we will have to come to your place for bbq. Sure looks like it would be worth the trip.

Thanks Grandpa, Nothing wrong with stove top black iron we have our lil deep covered skillet. The only time that thing leaves the stove top is when we pack it in the camper.
