Anything I should either add or take out? It weighs a little more than a pound. Contents are as follows:

1.3 pair nitrile gloves
2.ice pack (it gets cold once broken and compressed)
3.trinagle bandange
4.gauze bandanges and rolled gauze
5.butterfly bandages
6.mole skin
7.3M clear stretchy adhesive bandages
8.neosporin
9.alcohol pads
10.betadyne swabs
11.tape
12.advil,ibuprofin, vicodin, percocet
13.safety pins
14.tweezer, scissors, and hemostats
15.dental floss
16.small metal splint
17.medical tape

It looks good. A little doubling up like the alcohol pads and neosporin, or several different bandaids. I would switch the detail floss for needle and thread. I might include some iodine tablets just in case.

There are a couple of things you might want to add, for starters something for itching, maybe a benadryl cream. Another small and light thing to add would be liquid skin. It won't help for any major cuts, but for scrapes and small cuts it works great. It also has an antiseptic and a topical anesthetic in it. The other thing I take along is a small ace bandage in case I turn an ankle.

I always have a few bandaids in the box too. If you scratch yourself on a branch or trip you don't want a huge bandage on when you could be wearing a bandaid!
