I think nothing beats shopping in person. But downside is that you don't have enough time to compare things like you would online which make a huge difference. I'm not a rich man and I make decisions after a lot of contemplating.

Thats why I for the most part have done my research before I go. I like supporting my local stores and with the discount the store owner gives me he is usually with 5 percent of the web stores anyway. My local outfitter really takes care of me and I appreciate that.
