Moped

My neighbor got a moped and we all laughing at him because he looked silly. Then we found out how much money he was saving in gas by making his around town trips, we were not laughing anymore!

Yeah, usually it is the person who is willing to be different who make great discoveries like that. Not only do they save on gas, they are cheap to maintain and you can buy them pretty cheaply as well.

I know someone who uses a moped for just about everything except big grocery shopping trips - way better than burning gas with the family van!

Any time in trafic, even if it is costing me more, I like something with 4 wheels.

A Moped is great for saving money all the way around, but I wouldn't want to use one if you live in a high traffic area. They just don't go fast enough for the cars that would be zooming around you.
