My Favorite Hiking Area Near Home

Here are a couple of pictures of my favorite local hiking area and I suppose you could say we all do a little climbing too.

Wow! Kinda makes you think of The Grand Canyon or Red Rocks. That view is certainly worth the hike. Thanks for sharing!

Sorry Refrigerator, I didn't realize I hadn't mentioned where it is. This is Red Bluff, in Mississippi and it has trails down at the bottom of the bluffs that runs into a stream and it is just beautiful.

Wouldn't have guessed Miss either but the pines on top had me wondering. All the red rock I've seen had cedars (junipers) on top and the pines or cottonwoods in the bottom.

There is never anything wrong with adding a little hike to your camp, good exercise and you can sometimes see amazing stuff along the way. Just about every time we go somewhere new we get a little lost, end up with great photos and eventually find out way back.
