Grilling or roasting?

Roasting is when I see a chicken twirling horizontally over a fire and grilling is when a meat is laid there on the grate to get itself grilled. Not a fan of learning both methods but I would love to eat any food that is roasted or grilled.

Yup. It doesn't seem to be dinner unless there's some form of dead animal on my plate but grilled zucchini with salt, pepper and garlic or roasted asparagus basted in butter makes a good sandwich.

My oven has a setting on it for baking and a separate one for roasting. Then it has convection roasting or convection baking. I just pick one and go with it, no matter what I'm cooking. It works.
