I travel for a living and have run Avast and windows firewall for several years with zero problems, another good option if you want a pay program is NOD32.
The problem with programs like McAfee and Norton is they are overly intrusive and resource hungry.
The only problem with the Coleman coolers is they don't last,if you only use it occasionally yes but full time like me you will be lucky to get 4-5 months out of one.
Avast is free and I hate to say it out loud...but I used to moderate a website that would embarrass my mom for many years and had zero problems.Excellent program along with windows firewall and a bit of common sense.:tinysmile_hmm_t:
I am originally from 40 miles north of Syracuse but I have no options to offer as I despise the city.If you ever get the chance go to the Robert G. Wehle State Park,a rare gem.
I used to go there and was there on Memorial day 2007.......1 of 8 people in the entire 1100 acre park,simply...
It will but all it takes is a hairline crack and your accuracy goes out the window as it did with my carefully bedded model 70.
With a good synthetic stock you will be tightening the receiver to metal blocks and when torqued properly with an inch pound torque wrench it will take out any...
Yes sir,I watched a track mounted (M-113) Vulcan fire at night into a WW 2 village at Grafenwoehr one night.Quite the sight as he fired 2 short (1-2 second ) bursts then opened up for a good 5-6 seconds at least.A lot of tracers flying and walls falling.:tinysmile_fatgrin_t
Get into reloading and buy case lots surplus if you can,7.62x51 ball has the bullets pulled and a 150 grain softpoint put back, cheap hunting ammo.
7.62x54R gets the same treatment with berdan primed ammo, pull the FMJ and replace with a 150 grain .308 softpoint, the original bullet is .310 but it...
Find a product called Revolution,it is a spot product like frontline but works differently. In about 7 days every flea in the house will be dead, you will find them all over the place.
Amazing stuff.
M-16,Glock 19 w/30 rd clip,M-3 Greasegun,M-85 .50 cal,M-79 .30 cal,MG-3 7.62mm (German Army),M-60 7.62.
And of course the 20mm Vulcan firing at night was quite the sight at 50 rounds a second.....yikes!
I used to have about 8-12,000 rounds of rifle ammo mostly,I usually kept about 1000 rounds of 9mm for my sidearm and maybe 200 rounds for the .38.
Alas,no more.
My girl is from England and lives here in the states(20 years),she says that whatever you send it has to be claimed on the customs form but you claim it as a gift to your friend and there will be no fees.
Shipping is expensive as it goes by weight so you would have to check that out,but that...
I agree you can hit the target at more then 600 yards with a .308 but the bullet is running out of juice fast beyond that. I would rather do a .300 or .338 mag at 800+. I'm just buying insurance that what gets hit, stays hit.
My advice is to look at all of the brands,I found that some simply didn't fit me.Don't buy on brand only, make sure the rifle is comfortable. Also a 4x16 is way too much scope for a .308,a fixed 8 or 10 is plenty.
600 yards is about the longest shot you will be making, anything longer and you...
