    Drying on the Rocks

I prefer river smoothed rocks to dry articles of clothing, or hang them out on a stick and stretch them out for maximum air flow.

    Most common fish?

Little worm, little hook (size 3-4), use a bobber and throw that sucker over some grass, you'll hook small perch as well as small mouth, crappie and blue gill.

    Camping with Eggs

Ahhh I was wrong. A Dorm fridge at lowes is rated at 1amp at 110V, that's still over 110watts. Shop Haier 3.2 Cu. Ft. Compact Refrigerator (Color: White) at Lowes.com And it will use more than 1amp at start up, that's the nature of electric motors. In any case its not designed to be used...

    Camping with Eggs

Not even close, a small dorm fridge pulls close to 20amps when the compressor\fan\pump start running, a inverter is at most 95% efficient and that is $$$$ to get in to. So to take 12V to 110V and run something through a inverter is a big waste of money. Where, spending 800$'s once and being...

    Pocket Chainsaw

I'd rather find fallen trees\logs as apposed to tearing down living trees and using that as firewood. A hatchet works well for me :). Though I DO have one of them folding saws, the blade folds in to the handle with a butterfly nut. It works fine just gotta be easy on it.

    Finding crawlers in your rucksack

You shouldn't put your sleeping bag on the ground while out hiking until you have camp set up and the ground brushed bare :P. That will prevent most things from crossing in to your tent\sleeping bag as they don't like to cross open ground. I usually shake it out\grab the lizards and carry them...

    Most common fish?

Streams? Depends on the speed of the flow, fast- I would say trout, medium- trout, some carp, blue gill maybe sun fish. Slow - trout, brook trout, cat fish, carp, bass, walleye. Fast (you can't stand in the moving water) Medium (you could probably stand there but not move easily or safely)...

Pumping water from a stream for showers

Its actually very simple and can be done with a rod, hinge, momentary switch and a piece of foam + the container for the water. In any case, just jumping in the river with soap is often the quickest way to do it, but if you are staying there for more than a week and have electricity I would...
